In 2023, I was put in charge of managing Zavtek’s Verizon Wireless account, which had 74 cellphone and tablet lines. Each line of service cost $50 per month. Firstly, I canceled the $15 monthly device insurance as we never had any device damage. By doing this, we could save $1110 per month which was more than the cost of almost any device we had. Then, I found out that by starting to cancel a line in the Verizon portal, they would offer 25% off to keep it. So, I started the process of "cancelling" every line and got an additional 25% off the entire account along with the $1110 per month saved. Within two days, I lowered the cost of Zavtek’s telecommunication program by more than 47%.
